Shipping Speed:
Our office is open Monday through Friday. Orders paid on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped no earlier then Monday. All other orders will be shipped within 1-3 weekdays after payment is received. Please make extra allowances for public holidays, busy periods and industrial action.
You will be contacted by email or phone if there is any delay.

Insurance:
Insurance is optional although we strongly advise that it is taken out for expensive items.
Although we package items carefully, we can not be responsible for damage or loss caused during shipment if you do not choose to insure the package.

Shipment Tracking:
We are unable to track items sent via AUSPOST unless registered post.

Payment
Payment preferred Direct Bank Deposit / Money Order.
Once total amount owning on goods is received, we will release goods via Australia Post.
